Shipping Destinations
Bialcon US LLC ships products domestically within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping.

- For those needing a quicker option, we also provide an expedited shipping service at $14.99, guaranteeing delivery within 3-4 business days.
- Additionally, for urgent needs, we offer a premium shipping option at $29.99, ensuring delivery within 1-2 business days.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress via our carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Bialcon US LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
