Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiate a Return Request
To initiate a return, please submit your product return request directly through your online store account.

1. Sign Into Your Account:
   

   • Access your profile by clicking the profile icon on the store's navigation bar.
   • Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.
   • Check your email for a message from our store, and copy the six-digit verification code provided.
   • Return to our online store and input the six-digit verification code.

2. Select Your Order:

   • Choose the order you wish to return.

3. Choose Items to Return:

   • If your order contains multiple items, select the ones you are returning.

4. Specify Return Details:

   • Choose a reason for the return and, if you wish, provide additional details for the store.

5. Submit Your Return:

   • Click on 'Request return' to complete the process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For your return, please use the enclosed shipping envelope to send back any products you wish to return. This ensures your items are returned safely and efficiently to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a $9.99 restocking fee will be applied to your return. The remaining refund amount will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
